How We Solved It
Strategy & Execution
Built a complete UI-first Flutter app with 7 screens: Home (restaurant discovery), Restaurant Detail, Menu, Item Detail, Cart, Order Tracking, and Profile. Used custom Hero animations for image transitions, custom animated tab bar, shimmer loading states, and a custom swipe-to-order button.

Built a complete design system in code: custom text styles, colour tokens, spacing constants, and reusable widget library.

Implemented Hero animations for restaurant image transitions — tapping a restaurant card seamlessly expands the image to the detail screen.

Created a custom animated bottom navigation bar with ink-splash and slide indicators.

Added shimmer skeleton loaders for all list screens to eliminate jarring "blank screen" states during data fetch.
