A local electronics retailer had a website but no mobile presence. Their target customers (students and young professionals) were shopping on phones but the website's mobile experience was unusable — slow, non-responsive, and missing a proper cart system.

How We Solved It
Strategy & Execution
Built a clean Flutter app with 6 core screens: Splash, Home (product grid), Product Detail, Cart, Checkout, and Order Confirmation. State management via Provider. Backend: Firebase Firestore for products and orders, Firebase Auth for user accounts. Razorpay SDK for payment processing with UPI, card, and net banking support.

Designed a complete UI wireframe in Figma — 8 screens, consistent design system with the brand's colours and typography.

Implemented Provider for cart state management so cart updates instantly across all screens without rebuilding the entire widget tree.

Integrated Razorpay SDK with a custom checkout flow — handled payment success and failure callbacks cleanly.

Deployed to both Android (APK) and iOS (TestFlight) for client review before final submission to Play Store.
