How We Solved It
Strategy & Execution
Chose a single target keyword with strong intent: "how to save tax in India for salaried employees" (12,000 monthly searches, KD 28). Wrote a comprehensive 2,800-word guide structured around the top 6 ranking articles' headings, adding unique depth in each section. Applied full on-page optimisation: keyword in title, H2s, first paragraph, image alt text, and meta description.

Used Ahrefs to analyse the top 10 ranking articles — identified content gaps (most skipped "Section 80CCD(1B)" entirely — a major tax-saving option).

Structured the article with the primary keyword in the title, URL slug, first 100 words, and 3 H2 subheadings.

Added an FAQ section targeting 6 "People Also Ask" questions to win featured snippets.
